The sentence handed down to Albert Speer during his Numberg Trial for his part in the killing of six million men, women and children. 40 years at 100% under the Truth in Sentencing Act without any possibility of parole, plus three years MSR. The sentence handed down to Israel Ruiz when he was 18 years old in 1998 for being found guilty of murder in Chicago’s Cook County.
