I’m 35 and I take pride in staying physically fit — I work out six days a week. My daily routine includes working Monday through Friday, reading motivational and inspirational books, and listening to music that keeps my spirit alive.
I stay on top of my nutrition too — I eat five bananas, five apples, and five oranges every day. Sports keep me moving: I love to play basketball, handball, and running laps.
More than anything, I’m focused on becoming a better version of myself. When I’m released, I plan to become a certified personal trainer and a barber. I’m all about growth, loyalty, and building something real — whether that’s a solid friendship or something deeper.
