WHY I AM IMPRISONED

WHY I AM IMPRISONED

When I was 22 years old, I killed Brett William Thompson. He was a violently assaultive, schizophrenic, alcoholic, drug addicted, drug peddling, freeloading bum, transient thief, child molester, date rapist, batterer of women, drunk driver who often hit and run, user of something akin to squatters law, false reporter (Snitch), and all round thief that stole from family, friends, citizens in the community, churches, corporations, and the governments thus had a criminal history involving multiple convictions.

He walked into my second floor apartment bedroom which didn’t have any phones in it, blocked the only door in/out, and threatened to kill me if I didn’t give him $600 which I did not owe him so he could go buy alcohol, tobacco, and illegal drugs with it. We fought and I killed him.
There were no witnesses to state whether it was in self-defense or not. As far as I’m concerned it was justifiable homicide.
I had no prior convictions but the governments neither knew about nor sanctioned the action so now I’m being punished.
However that does not mean that I should spend most of my life imprisoned without a second chance or an opportunity to redeem myself for any wrongs I’ve done.

I’ve already served over 18 years 8 months on this sentence.
When I gain proper legal assistance my case of conviction will be overturned and/or my sentence should be significantly reduced from 37 years 10 months to 20 years so my release date would become 07-03-2023. A Petition Pursuant To Senate Bill 6164, Motion To Modify Judgement And Sentence, and Habeas Corpus are options.

If certain Legislative Bill(s) are passed:
*I’ll become eligible for parole.
*My ERD will be in 10/2016, 08/2019, 08/2027 or 08/2029.
I’m seeking people who will assist and support me in an effort to live a descent life and gain my liberty.
What are you seeking? Wanting? Needing? Interested in? May I do something for you in exchange for assistance?
Thank you for your time and consideration of these matters.
