I’m coming to you surrounded by others, but yet still alone. It’s hard being a cast-off from what is called society–yet still human, as we all are and strive to be. Don’t let race, religion, politics or sexuality stop you from reaching out to another human being – mainly me.
All I ask for is a chance to spend a few minutes in your life and I’ll do my best to make it worthwhile. I’m not a poet or a wordsmith –just a male doing his all to be a man.
I’m searching for a life with someone who will brighten my dark world to help me to fully restore my hopes, dreams and desires that are slowly being swallowed up by the darkness surrounding me.
As much as I need your light to shine on me, our relationship can not just be about me – I need to be your friend, as I need you to be mine.
My interests are vast, but what I’m not interested in is: race, creed, color or any stupid superficialities – only contents of the heart matters.
I come to you with humility seeking a connection. Humanity seems to have turned on itself. In time, one can hope it’ll correct its current course – because I exist behind a fence with barbed wire, steel gates, concrete, iron bars and more concrete. It helps me to recollect on who’s truly free.
Please allow me to stop existing, but live. To live through you, with you – on your life’s journey, because my adventure is at a standstill. So, give me the opportunity to grow with you.
