I’d like to introduce myself,
My name is Ted Reign Carter, but most people call me Oso. I’m 6’3, Panamanian, I play sports, I workout, play spades and I read Greek history books as a hobby. Another hobby of mine is collecting pix of exotic animals. I’m honest, creative, and open-minded. I’m locked up in VA, and still fighting my case for a more reasonable sentence, and with these new laws changing I pray to see better days sooner than later. I’m looking for a solid female pen pal to speak to. If I spark your interest, reach me on JPay using my Ted Carter #1438776.
