Hello!
My name is Bernard Jones, but most just call me Butch. I’m from Cleveland, Ohio. I’ve been incarcerated for a very long time… since 1977. I’m scheduled to be released in August of 2027 after serving 50 years of a 14-50 year sentence. When I was young and free, I was a prospect for a motorcycle club called the Zulus M/C. I loved motorcycles and that led me to join a biker club. Of course, I was young & dumb and my choices with that club led to my incarceration.
I’ve learned many lessons since then, as I spent my whole adult life in prison. I’m far from the young guy I was when I started this journey. A lot more wiser and mature for sure. When I’m released I desire to live a happy and peaceful life. Enjoy the simple things and not take anything for granted. I’m easy going, laid back and been known to make people laugh.
I’m seeking to meet people I can share my story with and hear theirs. I really hope that I can meet a good pen pal… someone serious about corresponding and getting to know each other. None of the things that separate matter. Come as you are and I’ll be who I am. Take care!
